Method:
- Whip the curd and mix the condensed milk and cottage cheese thoroughly.
- Add the sugar and mix thoroughly.
- Transfer the mixture to a pan ; cover and steam cook for half an hour till sandesh is st.
- Cool and cut into squares.
- Garnish with chopped almonds and pista.
