CAPSICUM STUFFED WITH CHICK PEAS

Ingredients:
Green capsicums - 2-3
Chick peas - 100 g
Lemon juice - 1 tsp
Olive oil - 1 tbsp
Cayenne - pinch

Method:

  • Soak chickpeas over night. Boil in salted water for about 5 minutes. Drain and keep aside.
  • Cut the stalk of the capsicums and scoop out the side. Sprinkle salt in the inside of the capsicums.
  • Add all the spices to the chickpeas and fill the capsicums with the chickpea mixture. Rub oil o the capsicums and bake in an oven for about 10 minutes.
