Ingredients:
Pecans - 2 1/2 cups (grated)
Unsweetened chocolate - 2 squares (grated)
Vanilla confectioners' sugar - 2 cups (sifted)
Egg whites - 4
Salt - 1/8 tsp
Method:

Method:
- Combine pecans, chocolate, and confectioners'sugar; mix thoroughly.
- Beat egg whites and salt until stiff peaks are formed; gently fold in the nut-sugar mixture in small amounts.
- Drop by teaspoonfuls about 2 inches apart onto greased cookie sheets.
- Bake at 350 F 10 to 12 minutes.
- Immediately remove cookies to wire racks.
