Ingredients:
Fresh raspberries - 450 g
Strawberries - 450 g
Peaches (or) Redcurrants - 450 g
Lemon juice - 1 tsp
Icing sugar - 100 g
Method:
- Crush the fruit or puree it in a liquidizer and then rub it through a sieve.
- Stir in the lemon juice and sugar to taste.
