Ingredients:
Eggs - 4
Lettuce -1 cup (shredded)
Sugar - - 1 tbsp
Sherry - 1 tbsp
Milk - 3 tbsp
Salt - 1 tsp
vegetable oil - 1/2 cup
Hot garlic sauce- 1/2 cup
Seasonings:
Sesame oil -2 tbsp
Salt - 1 tsp
Pepper - 1/2 tsp
Lemon juice -1 tsp
Method:
Eggs - 4

Sesame oil -2 tbsp
Salt - 1 tsp
Pepper - 1/2 tsp
Lemon juice -1 tsp
Method:
- Pace shredded lettuce in a bowl, add the seasonings and mix we. Keep aside.
- Beat eggs well, add sugar, sherry, salt, and milk. Beat again.
- Heat a frying pan, brush with oil and pour 1/3 of egg mixture.Shake the pan and spread the mixture evenly.
- As it begins to set, roll up like a swiss roll. Remove and brush the pan again with oil. Do the same procedure for remaining two parts of egg mixture.
- Wrap them with a damp cloth. When cold cut the roll in thick slices.
- Place them on a serving dish.
- Sprinkle shredded lettuce around it.
- Serve with hot garlic sauce.
