Ghee - 1/2 cup

Method:
- Boil the grated carrots in milk. Cook on a low flame, stirring all the time till all the milk evaporates.
- Add sugar and stir till the sugar melts. Add the ghee and continue to cook on a low flame, stirring all the time.
- Cook till a fine aroma rises and the halwa is dry and all the milk is soaked up.
