Ingredients:
Low-fat cottage cheese - 2/3 cup
Onion - 1 tbsp (finely grated)
Carrot - 1 tbsp (finely grated)
Green pepper - 1 tsp (finely chopped)
Salt - 1/2 tsp
Garlic salt - pinch
Plain yogurt - 1 cup
Method:
Low-fat cottage cheese - 2/3 cup

Plain yogurt - 1 cup
Method:
- In small bowl mash cottage cheese with fork.
- Add onion, carrot, pepper, salt, and garlic salt; beat until fairly smooth.Stir in yogurt.
- Cover; chill several hours.
- Serve as dip with chips or raw vegetables. Yield 1 3/4 cup.
