Ingredients:
Tea bag of tea leaves - 1 (earl grey, chinese tea)
Ginger - 1 tsp (grated)
Cinnamon powder - 1/2 tsp
Cloves - 4-5
Nutmeg powder - 1/4 tsp
Water - 3 cups
Sugar to taste
Method:

Method:
- Fill a saucepan with water add ginger, tea and spices. Boil and simmer over a low flame until it emits flavour.
- Add sugar and stir well. strain and serve hot.
