Ingredients:
Eggs - 4 (separated)
Green pepper - 2 tbsp (chopped)
Onion - 2 tbsp (grated)
Parmesan cheese - 2 tbsp (grated)
Water - 2 tbsp
Salt and pepper
Spaghetti sauce for serving
Oil -2 tbsp
Method:
Eggs - 4 (separated)

Method:
- Beat the egg whites until stiff. With the same beater, beat the egg yolks until light.
- Add the green pepper, onion, cheese, water and seasoning to the beaten egg yolks.
- Fold in the beaten egg whites.
- Heat one tbsp of oil in pan, pour half the mixture into the pan cook both sides.
- Do the same with remaining mixture.
- Serve with spaghetti sauce.
