Eggs - 4 (separated)
Green pepper - 2 tbsp (chopped)
Onion - 2 tbsp (grated)
Parmesan cheese - 2 tbsp (grated)
Water - 2 tbsp
Salt and pepper
Spaghetti sauce for serving
Oil -2 tbsp


  • Beat the egg whites until stiff. With the same beater, beat the egg yolks until light.
  • Add the green pepper, onion, cheese, water and seasoning to the beaten egg yolks.
  • Fold in the beaten egg whites.
  • Heat one tbsp of oil in pan, pour half the mixture into the pan cook both sides.
  • Do the same with remaining mixture.
  • Serve with spaghetti sauce.
