MUTTON PEPPER FRY

Ingredients:
Mutton - 500 gms
Onions - 4 (chopped)
Ginger garlic paste - 1 tbsp
Coriander leaves - small bunch (chopped)
Salt to taste
Turmeric - 1/2 tsp
Oil- 2-3 tbsp

For Masala:
Peppercorns - 1 tsp
Cloves - 2
Cinnamon - 2 sticks
Cardamom - 2
Coriander seeds - 2 tsp
Cumin seeds - 1 tsp

Method:

  • Pressure cook mutton, ginger garlic paste, salt, turmeric with sufficient water until pieces are tender.
  • Dry roast the masala ingredients and grind to make fine powder.
  • Heat the oil in kadai; add onions and fry till golden brown.
  • Then add mutton pieces along with water and fry until it almost dry.
  • Lastly add masala powder, coriander leaves and fry in low flame for 5 minutes.

మాంసం మిరియాలపొడితో వేపుడు 

కావలిసిన వస్తువులు:
మాంసం - 500 గ్రా 
ఉల్లిపాయలు - 4 (తరిగినవి)
అల్లం వెల్లులి ముద్ద - 1 tbsp 
కొత్తిమీర - చిన్న కట్ట 
పసుపు - 1/2 tsp 
ఉప్పు 
నూనె - 2-3 tbsp 

మసాలా కొరకు:
మిరియాలు - 1 tsp 
లవంగాలు - 2
ఏలకులు - 2
దాల్చిన చెక్క - 2
ధనియాలు - 2 tsp 
జీలకర్ర - 1 tsp 

తయారీ:
  • మాంసం, ఉప్పు, పసుపు, అల్లం వెల్లులి ముద్ద కొంచెం నీళ్లు పోసి కుక్కర్ లో ఉడికించుకోవాలి. 
  • మసాలా దినిసులు అన్ని వేయించి పొడి కొట్టుకోవాలి. 
  • బాణలిలో నూనె వేడి చేసి ఉల్లిపాయలు ఎర్రగా వేయుంచుకోవాలి. 
  • అందులో మాంసం ముక్కలు, ఉడికించిన నీళ్లు వేసి తడి లేకుండా బాగా వేయుంచుకోవాలి. 
  • చివరికి మసాలా పొడి, కొత్తిమీర వేసి సన్నని సెగ మీద 5 ని లు వేయించి దించుకోవాలి.
