Ingredients:
Bean curd - 200 gms
Corn flour - 25 gms
Oil for deep frying
Thai chilli paste - 1 tsp
Sugar - 1/2 tsp
Garlic - 2 tsp (chopped)
Sweet chilli sauce - 1 tbsp
Onion - 2 tbsp (diced)
1 Sprig of basil leaves
A few basil leaves - fried
Method:
Bean curd - 200 gms

Method:
- Cut the bean curd into dices, coat with cornflour and deep fry till crisp.
- make a sauce with the spices.
- Toss the bean curd, onion dices and basil leaves with the sauce.
- Garnish with fried basil leaves.
- Serve.
