Spinach leaves - 2 quarts (firmly packed rinsed, drained, and steamed)
Butter - 1 tbsp
Parmesan cheese - 1/4 cup (grated)
Coarsely ground pepper


  • Pace moist spinach leaves in a shallow 2-3 quart casserole; dot with butter.
  • Cover and bake in a 450 Oven until leaves are wilted (12 to 15 minutes).
  • Lightly mix spinach with 2 forks until coated with butter.
  • Pass cheese and pepper to add to taste.
