Ingredients:
Cauliflower - 1 (small)
Fresh coconut - 1 cup (grated)
Yoghurt - 250 ml
Cumin powder - 1 tsp
Coriander leaves - 2 tbsp (chopped)
Salt to taste
Pepper - 1/2 tsp
Method:
Cauliflower - 1 (small)
Fresh coconut - 1 cup (grated)

Method:
- Cut cauliflower into small florets. Steam the florets till tender but crispy.
- Whip the curd.
- Cool the florets and mix with all other ingredients.
- Chill and serve.
