Ingredients:
Cooked chicken breast - 1 (skinned, boned and sliced thick)
Fresh ginger - 1 tbsp (chopped)
Garlic cloves - 2 (smashed and chopped)
Soya sauce - 1 tbsp
Radicchio - 1 1/2 cups (shredded)
Cooked green peas - 1 cup
Bean sprouts - 1 cup
Yellow pepper - 1 (thinly sliced)
Green onions - 2 (chopped)
Red wine vinegar - 3 tbsp
Sesame oil - 50 ml
Salt and pepper
Method:

Method:
- Place chicken, ginger, garlic, soya sauce, radicchio and green peas in bowl. Season well.
- Add bean sprouts, yellow pepper and green onions.
- Pour in wine vinegar and oil.
- Toss everything to incorporate well, correct seasoning and serve.
