DARK MUSTARD SAUCE


Ingredients:
Dry mustard -45 gms
Spiced vinegar -30 ml
Sugar – 1 tsp
Salt
Oil- 1 tbsp

Method:
  • Combine dry ingredients in a cup or small mustard pot; smooth out lumps.
  • Stir in vinegar; beat in the oil with a spoon.
  • Keep covered.
