Finnan haddie or smoked fillets - 1 kg
Butter - 30 ml
Milk - 250 ml
Method:
Finnan haddie or smoked fillets - 1 kg

Method:
- Cover fish with boiling water and simmer 10 minutes if fresh, 20 min if frozen. Drain.
- Add butter and milk to fish and bake 15 min at 180 C or simmer on top of the stove until fish is tender and flakes.
