LEMON FRUIT COCKTAIL


Ingredients:
Pineapple tidbits -284 ml can
Mandarin orange sections -  284 ml can
Fruit cocktail – 540 ml can
Lemon juice – 15 ml
Flaked coconut – 125 ml
Instant lemon pudding – 1 pkt
Bananas – 2

Method:
  • ·         Combine undrained fruits with lemon juice and coconut.
  • ·         Prepare pudding according to package directions.
  • ·         Sprinkle pudding over fruit; stir, refrigerate for 2 hours.
  • ·         Fold in the sliced bananas.
  • ·         Serve.
