GORGONZOLA CREAM SAUCE

Ingredients:
Gorgonzola or other blue cheese - 60 gms (crumbled)
Mascarpone cheese - 120 gms
Light cream - 120 ml
Salt and pepper to taste

Method:

  • Mix all the ingredients, along with salt and pepper to taste, in a one liter saucepan.
  • Cook over low heat until the cheeses are melted together into the cream.
