CREAM OF CARROTS

Ingredients:
Tomatoes - 50 gms
Carrots - 250 gms
Onions - 100 gms
Potato - 1
Cream - 1/2 cup
Milk - 1/2 cup
Salt and pepper to taste

Method:

  • Cut vegetables into small pieces, add salt and six cups of water and pressure cook up to 3 whistles.
  • Make puree with blender and strain.
  • Transfer to cooking pot and simmer for 15 minutes.
  • Add milk, cream, salt and pepper to taste.
  • Simmer for few more minutes.
  • Serve hot.
