HALIBUT STEAKS

Ingredients:
Oil - 2 tbsp
Lemon juice - 1 tsp
Teriyaki sauce - 1/2 tsp
Paprika - 1/4 tsp
Halibut steaks - 4
Salt and pepper

Method:

  • Preheat barbecue at HIGH.
  • Mix oil, lemon, teriyaki and paprika together; season to taste.
  • Brush mixture over fish and set steaks on hot grills.
  • Cook 10 minutes turning once or twice.
  • Baste occasionally.
