FISH OMELETTE

Ingredients:
Fish - 1 cup (boiled, removed bones and mashed)
Eggs - 2
Salt and pepper to taste
Coriander leaves- 1 tbsp (chopped)
Ghee - 1 tbsp

Method:

  • Beat the eggs with salt and pepper until fluffy.
  • Then add mashed fish and coriander leaves and beat again.
  • Heat ghee in a pan and pour the egg mixture.
  • Cook both sides till reddish.
  • Serve hot.
