Ingredients:
Fish - 1 cup (boiled, removed bones and mashed)
Eggs - 2
Salt and pepper to taste
Coriander leaves- 1 tbsp (chopped)
Ghee - 1 tbsp
Method:
Fish - 1 cup (boiled, removed bones and mashed)

Ghee - 1 tbsp
Method:
- Beat the eggs with salt and pepper until fluffy.
- Then add mashed fish and coriander leaves and beat again.
- Heat ghee in a pan and pour the egg mixture.
- Cook both sides till reddish.
- Serve hot.
