6 HEALTH TIPS FOR THE HEALTHY GROWTH OF CHILDREN

1. Let the child daily drink the carrot juice mixed with little honey.

2. If the child is a weakling since birth, daily give small quantity of diluted grape juice.

3. Let the child daily drink sherbath made out of the juice of Sitaphal, sugar and water. The child will be strong and healthy.

4. Let the child sip and eat 2 gms of vayuvilang mixed with a little honey once every day. The daily quantity of vayuvilang may be 2 gms in the first month and increased by 2 gms every succeeding month. The child will permanently maintain good health, and no other medicines are necessary.

5 You can make your child learn spellings by pasting them on a piece of paper on either the mirror or wall or the dressing table. There will be a positive improvement  in his vocabulary.

6. For rickety children, give the juice of pomegranate.
