Ingredients:
Ripe papaya - 1 (peeled, seeded and chopped)
Orange juice- 2 cups
Plain yogurt - 1 cup
Cracked rice - 1 cup
Banana - 1 (mashed)
Lemon juice - 1 tsp
Method:
