Ingredients:
Olive oil - 2 tbsp
Onion - 1 (finely chopped)
Bacon rashers - 6 (finely chopped)
Frozen peas - 450 gms
Salt and pepper to taste
Pinch of sugar
Method:

Method:
- Heat the oil in a saucepan and gently brown the onion.
- Add the bacon and cook over medium heat for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- Add the peas, salt, pepper and sugar.
- Cover and cook over low heat for 10-15 minutes.
- Serve immediately.
