Ingredients:
Okra - 400 gms (chopped)
Madras onions - 250 gms
Dry red chillies - 15 gms
Cumin seeds -1/2 tsp
Mustard seeds - 1/2 tsp
Salt to taste
Coconut oil - 25 ml
Curry leaves - few
Method:
Okra - 400 gms (chopped)

Method:
- Grind cumin seeds and red chillies into a coarse paste with a little oil.
- Add madras onions and crush to make a rough paste. Season.
- Heat coconut oil in a pan; add mustard and curry leaves and allow them to splutter.
- Add the okra pieces and onion paste and cook, covered, till the okra is tender for 15 minutes until done.
- Serve hot with rice or paranthas.
