Ingredients:
Flour - 100 gms
Salt - 1/4 tsp
Eggs - 2
Milk- 250 ml
Shortening - 1 tbsp
Method:

Method:
- Preheat the oven to 450 F.
- Sift the flour and salt together. Mix the beaten eggs, milk and melted shortening; add gradually to the flour.
- Beat until smooth with a whisk. This should take only about a minute.
- Pour the mixture into greased popover tins or muffin pans, which should only be one third full.
- Bake for 20 minutes at the temperature given, then reduce the heat to 350 f and bake another 15 minutes, or until the popovers are firm.
