Ingredients:
Butter - 2 tbsp
Button mushrooms - 100 gms (sliced)
Flour - 2 tbsp
Milk - 1 1/2 cups
Salt and pepper to taste
Method:

Method:
- Heat the butter in a saucepan and add the mushrooms. Fry for about 2 minutes, then add the flour.
- Continue cooking till mushrooms are dry then add milk and stir continuously until thick.
- Lastly add salt and pepper and mix well.
