SAMBAL ULEK

Ingredients:
Red chillies - 20
Sea salt - 2 tsp

Method:

  • Rinse the red chillies, trim the ends and chop into small pieces.
  • Place the chillies and salt in a mortar and grind to a paste.
  • Transfer to a small, clean jar.
  • Seal and store in the refrigerator for up to one month.
