Method:
- Separate the eggs, beat the yolks with the sugar and sieved cheese until light.
- Add kirsch or brandy.
- Beat the egg whites stiffly and fold into the cream.
- Pile into individual dishes and surround with the strawberries.
- Serve with sponge fingers.
