Ingredients:
Mushrooms - 250 gms (sliced)
Butter - 1 1/4 cup
crab meat - 2 cups
Green noodles - 6 cups (cooked)
Pimentos - 2 (diced)
Salt - 1 tsp
pepper - 1/4 tsp
Garlic clove - 1 (crushed)
Oil - 1 tbsp
Eggs - 3
Milk - 1 cup
Bread crumbs - 1/4 cup
Swiss cheese - 1/4 cup
Method:
Mushrooms - 250 gms (sliced)

Method:
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- Saute mushrooms in 2 tbsps butter until soft.
- Mix crab meat with mushrooms, noodles, pimentos, salt and pepper.
- Rub 3 quart casserole dish with cut garlic clove and oil.
- Place crab mixture in casserole dish.
- Beat eggs and milk together; pour over mixture.
- Melt remaining butter in small sauce pan; toss with bread crumbs and grated cheese.
- Sprinkle bread crumb mixture over casserole and bake for 30 minutes, or until delicately browned. Remove from oven, and serve.
