Ingredients:
Cauliflower - 1 medium (separated into florets)
Butter - 2 tbsp
Flour - 2 tbsp
Milk - 1 1/2 cups
Salt to taste
Pepper to taste
Grated cheese - 1 1/2 cups
Bread crumbs

Method:
Cauliflower - 1 medium (separated into florets)

Method:
- Cook cauliflower in salted water until tender but not mushy.
- Blend butter and flour in medium saucepan.
- Add milk, salt and pepper to taste.
- Cook over low heat, stirring constantly, until it comes to a boil.
- Add cheese; mix through.
- Drain cauliflower; place in baking dish.
- Pour sauce over cauliflower; sprinkle bread crumbs over sauce.
- Dot with butter.
- Bake in 350 F until golden brown.
