Ingredients:
Carrots - 500 gms
Milk - 1/2 litre
Ghee - 1/2 cup
Sugar - 1/2 cup
Khoya - 50 gms
Mixed Dry fruits(Almond, cashew, pista) - 1/2 cup
Method:
Carrots - 500 gms
Milk - 1/2 litre
Ghee - 1/2 cup
Sugar - 1/2 cup
Khoya - 50 gms
Mixed Dry fruits(Almond, cashew, pista) - 1/2 cup
Method:
- Peel and grate carrots.
- Cook carrots with milk till they become tender and dry.
- Add sugar and ghee. Cook till the mixture leaves the side of the pan.
- Add grated khoya and chopped dry fruits and mix gently.
- Remove from fire and serve hot.
