Ingredients:
Cauliflower - 50 gms
Beans - 50 gms
Carrot - 50 gms
Potatoes - 50 gms
Green Peas - 100 gms
Corn flour - 2 tbsp
Milk - 3/4 cup
Butter 1 tbsp
Cheese - 1/2 cup (grated)
White Pepper - 1/4 tsp
Tomatoes - 2
Salt to taste
Method:
Cauliflower - 50 gms
Beans - 50 gms
Carrot - 50 gms
Potatoes - 50 gms

Corn flour - 2 tbsp
Milk - 3/4 cup

Cheese - 1/2 cup (grated)

Method:
- Chop all the vegetables and steam till they are tender.
- Heat butter in a pan, add corn flour and fry lightly on a low flame.
- Remove from flame and slowly pour milk into it.
- Stir constantly and cook again until thick.
- Add salt and pepper and half of grated cheese. Mix vegetables and stir.
- Transfer the mixture to oven proof dish.
- Arrange tomato slices on top and sprinkle remaining grated cheese.
- Bake in an oven at moderate temperature till the mixture is golden brown on top.
- Serve hot.
