Ingredients:
Brinjal - 1
Bitter Gourd - 1
Pumpkin - 100 gms'
French Beans - 100 gms
Potatoes - 2
Raw Bananas - 2
Drumsticks - 3
Mangori - few
Mustard seeds - 1 1/2 tsp
Poppy seeds - 2 tsp
Ginger - small piece
Sugar - 1 tsp
Salt to taste
Oil - 100 gms
Method:
Brinjal - 1

Method:
- Cut vegetables into long pieces.
- Soak and grind poppy seeds, 1 tsp of mustard seeds and ginger.
- Heat oil in a thick bottom pan, fry mangori and drain put.
- Then fry sliced bitter gourd.
- In the remaining oil, add mustard seeds and fry till mustard crackles.
- Add vegetables and fry for some time.
- Add fried bitter gourd pieces and mangori.
- Add 1-2 cups of water, salt and sugar to taste. Cook on medium flame till vegetables are tender.
- Add ground paste and cook another 3-4 minutes.
- Serve with rice.
