Crunchy Biscuit Salad

Marie Biscuits - 6
Cabbage - 1 cup (shredded)
Paneer - 1 cup (grated)
Beetroot - 1/2 cup (grated)
Tomatoes - 2
Cucumber - 1
Lemon - 1
Mustard powder - 1 tsp
Salt and pepper to taste
 Vinegar - 2 tbsp

  • Boil grated beetroot till tender.
  • Wash and cut tomatoes into thin round slices.
  • Wash, peel and cut cucumber into round thin slices.
  • Powder 2 biscuits and mix with cabbage, salt, pepper and lemon juice. Spread on a serving tray.
  • Then add salt and pepper to paneer and place it on cabbage,
  • Now add vinegar to beetroot and sprinkle salt and pepper and mustard powder.
  • Cut biscuits into 4 pieces.
  • Now arrange beetroot on top of paneer surrounded by biscuit pieces.
  • Decorate with sliced tomatoes and cucumber.
