Ingredients:
Marie Biscuits - 6
Cabbage - 1 cup (shredded)
Paneer - 1 cup (grated)
Beetroot - 1/2 cup (grated)
Tomatoes - 2
Cucumber - 1
Lemon - 1
Mustard powder - 1 tsp
Salt and pepper to taste
Vinegar - 2 tbsp
Method:
Marie Biscuits - 6
Cabbage - 1 cup (shredded)
Paneer - 1 cup (grated)
Beetroot - 1/2 cup (grated)
Tomatoes - 2
Cucumber - 1

Vinegar - 2 tbsp
Method:
- Boil grated beetroot till tender.
- Wash and cut tomatoes into thin round slices.
- Wash, peel and cut cucumber into round thin slices.
- Powder 2 biscuits and mix with cabbage, salt, pepper and lemon juice. Spread on a serving tray.
- Then add salt and pepper to paneer and place it on cabbage,
- Now add vinegar to beetroot and sprinkle salt and pepper and mustard powder.
- Cut biscuits into 4 pieces.
- Now arrange beetroot on top of paneer surrounded by biscuit pieces.
- Decorate with sliced tomatoes and cucumber.
