Low Calorie Omelette

Ingredients:
Egg whites - 6
Egg yolks - 3
Mushrooms - 1 tbsp (chopped)
Spring Onions - 1 tbsp (chopped)
Tomato - 1 tbsp (chopped)
Capsicum - 1 tbsp (chopped)
Coriander - 1 tbsp (chopped)
Green Chillies - 2 (finely chopped)
Salt and pepper to taste
Water - 1 tbsp
Olive Oil - 1 tbsp

Method:

  • Beat the egg yolks and whites thoroughly and add all the ingredients to egg mixture. Mix well.
  • Heat oil in a pan. Pour the egg mixture, reduce the heat and let the eggs set.
  • Cook both sides and serve hot.
