Ingredients:
Carrot leaves - 50 gms
Coriander leaves - 1 cup
Basil leaves - 20
Curry leaves - 10
Green Chillies - 6-8
Tomatoes - 4
Cumin seeds - 1/2 tsp
Garlic cloves - 4
Turmeric - 1/4 tsp
Salt to taste
Coconut - 1/2 cup
Tamarind pulp - 1 tbsp
Curd - 3 tbsp
Oil - 1 tbsp

Method:
- Heat oil in kadai, add chopped green chillies and fry for 1 minute.
- Add chopped tomatoes and cook till half done. Then add carrot leaves, coriander leaves, basil and curry leaves. Cook till tomatoes are soft.
- Cool and grind along with all other ingredients to make chutney.
- Serve this nutritious and tasty chutney with rice.
