Ingredients:
Eggs - 6 (hard boiled)
Onions - 3
Tomatoes - 2
Green chillies - 3
Ginger garlic paste - 2 tsp
Cashew nuts - 1/2 cup
Poppy seeds - 1 tbsp
Coconut - 2 tbsp
Coriander powder - 1 tsp
Garam Masala - 1/2 tsp
Salt to taste
Turmeric - 1/2 tsp
Red chilli powder - 2 tsp
Oil - 2-3 tbsp
Cumin seeds - 1/2 tsp
Method:
Eggs - 6 (hard boiled)

Method:
- Finely chop onions, green chillies and tomatoes.
- Grind poppy seeds, cashew nuts and coconut to make fine paste. Add enough water for smooth paste.
- Heat oil in kadai, add cumin seeds and fry till it splutters.
- Add chopped onions, green chillies, ginger garlic paste. Fry till onions are transparent,
- Add tomatoes and cook till tomatoes are soft. Add dry spices and 1/2 cup of water. Cook till oil floats.
- Add cashew paste and 1 cup of water. Mix well and add eggs then close the lid.
- Cook for 5 minutes or until done, Stir occasionally.
- Serve hot with rice.
