Mango Curd Cooler

Ingredients:
Mango pulp - 1 cup
Curd - 2 cups
Fresh cream - 1/4 cup
Sugar - 1/2 cup
Crushed ice
Rose petals - few

Method:

  • Beat curd with beater till smooth. Add sugar and mango pulp and mix well.
  • Before serving add crushed ice and fresh cream and blend again.
  • Serve cooled with decorated rose petals.
