Bread Louse

Bread packet - 1
Jaggery - 250 gm
Oil for frying
Cashew nuts - 2 tbsp (chopped)


  • Dry the bread pieces and cut them into half.
  • Heat oil and fry the bread pieces till crispy.
  • Crush the fried pieces coarsely.
  • In another pan, place grated jaggery with 1 cup of water and bring it to boil.
  • Cook til one string consistency comes.Add coarse bread powder and cashew nuts and mix well.
  • Switch off the flame.
  • Make round ladoo's when it is still warm.
  • Store in airtight container.
