Ingredients:
Glucose Biscuits - 500 gm
Drinking Chocolate - 1/2 cup
Cocoa powder - 2 tbsp
Castor sugar - 1/2 cup
Vanilla essence - 1/2 tsp
Cold milk for kneading
Cream - 1/2 cup
For Garnishing:
Cherries
Method:
Glucose Biscuits - 500 gm

Method:
- Grind biscuits to make fine powder. Sieve biscuit powder, cocoa powder and castor sugar together.
- Add cold milk and knead into a stiff dough. Grease square cake tin, spread the dough evenly in it.
- Refrigerate to set. When set, transfer to a plate.
- Meanwhile whip the cream until stiff. Add drinking chocolate and vanilla essence, mix well and spread over top and sides of the cake with the help of back of the knife.
- Garnish with cherries and chill for 2 hours in refrigerator and serve.
