How to make Soft Paneer

Full Cream Milk - 1 litre


  • Boil the milk and remove from fire.
  • Add a little vinegar, Stir and covered for few minutes. If the milk does not curdle fully, add more vinegar.
  • Strain the water completely when the paneer is formed. Put the paneer in muslin cloth and tie.
  • Put some weight on muslin cloth so that excess water strained out.
  • Paneer is ready.
