Method:
- Boil the milk and remove from fire.
- Add a little vinegar, Stir and covered for few minutes. If the milk does not curdle fully, add more vinegar.
- Strain the water completely when the paneer is formed. Put the paneer in muslin cloth and tie.
- Put some weight on muslin cloth so that excess water strained out.
- Paneer is ready.
