Ingredients:
Paneer - 250 gm
Sugar - 150 gm
Rose water - 1 tsp
Cardamom powder - 1/4 tsp
Pistachios - 1 tbsp (chopped)
Saffron - few strands
Method:
Paneer - 250 gm
Sugar - 150 gm

Cardamom powder - 1/4 tsp

Method:
- Soak saffron in little water and keep aside.
- Mash paneer with fingers. Add sugar and cardamom powder and mix well.
- Pour paneer mixture into a deep metallic tray(greased). Sprinkle chopped pistachios.
- Steam the mixture for 8-10 minutes.
- Remove and sprinkle rose water and saffron and cover with the foil.
- Let it cool and put it in refrigerator.
- Cut burfi into square pieces and serve.
