Ingredients:
Celery Stalks with leaves - 10
Red chillies - 10
Red chilli powder - 1 tsp
Mustard powder - 1 tbsp
Vinegar - 2 tbsp
Garlic cloves - 4 (crushed)
Ginger - 1" piece (chopped)
Olive/Mustard Oil - 4 tbsp
Salt to taste
Method:
Celery Stalks with leaves - 10

Method:
- Wash and wipe celery stalks and leaves. Cut into 2" pieces.
- Mix all the ingredients together.
- Put in a jar and shake well, twice a day.
- After 3-4 days, pickle is ready for use.
