Tandoori Fish Tikka

Fish pieces -500 gms(cut into square pieces)
Lemon juice - 1 tbsp
Ginger garlic paste - 1 tbsp
Salt to taste
Red chilli powder - 1 tbsp
Garam masala - 1 tsp
Whipped curd - 1/2 cup
Tandoori colour -  a pinch
Oil - 2 tbsp


  • Mix all the ingredients except fish in a bowl. 
  • Gently rub the marinate over the fish pieces and keep aside for one hour.
  • Arrange the fish tikka on a greased skewer and barbecue on a charcoal fire or grill till done.
  • Serve hot with onion rings.
