Ingredients:
Pepper corns - 1/2 cup
Red chillies - 10
Tamarind - Lemon size
Curry leaves - 1 cup
Salt to taste
Method:

Method:
- Dry roast pepper and chillies till aroma comes. Add curry leaves and saute for a while.
- Switch off the flame and grind all the ingredients together to make powder.
- This powder is spicy and strong flavour.
- Store in airtight container.
