Ingredients:
Pumpkin flowers - 10-12
Besan -1 1/2 cup
Rice flour - 1/2 cup
Chilli powder - 1 tsp
Salt to taste
Baking soda - a pinch
Green chilli paste - 1 tbsp
Oil for frying
Method:

Method:
- Mix besan, rice flour, salt,soda, chilli powder and chilli paste in a bowl. Add sufficient water to make thick batter.
- Heat the oil in kadai, dip each flower in batter and deep fry till golden brown.
- Do the same process for remaining flowers.
- Serve hot with ketchup.
