Ingredients:
Spinach - 2 bunches
Khata palak (chukka kura) - 1 bunch
Potato - 1
Brinjal - 1
Carrot - 1
Cluster beans - 5 - 6
Channa dal - 1/2 cup
Tomato - 1
Coriander leaves - 1/2 bunch
Ginger - small piece
Garlic - 6 cloves
Turmeric - 1/2 tsp
Red chilli powder - 1 tsp
Salt to taste
Cumin seeds - 1/2 tsp
Oil - 4 tbsp
Method:
Spinach - 2 bunches

Method:
- Wash and cut all the vegetables and green leafy vegetables into fine pieces.
- Soak channa dal for 30 minutes.
- Grind ginger and garlic to make paste.
- Heat oil in pressure cooker, add cumin seeds and allow to splutter.
- Add ginger garlic paste and saute for a while.
- Add chopped vegetables and channa dal. Cook in medium flame for 5 minutes then add salt, turmeric and chilli powder.
- Mix well and add sufficient water and close the lid. Cook up to 3 whistles.
- Once the lid open, mix well and serve.
