Ingredients:
Apples -6 small
Butter - 2 tbsp
Sugar - 1/2 cup
Rum - 2 tbsp
Cinnamon powder - 1 tsp
Lemon juice - 1 tbsp
Method:
Apples -6 small
Butter - 2 tbsp
Sugar - 1/2 cup
Rum - 2 tbsp
Cinnamon powder - 1 tsp
Lemon juice - 1 tbsp
Method:
- Peel apples, slice each evenly into 8 crescent shaped pieces.
- Cream together butter and sugar.
- Add cinnamon, rum and lemon juice. Roll each crescent into this and arrange on a greased tray.
- Bake in a preheated moderate oven for 35 minutes.
- Serve with custard or fresh cream.
