BREAD OMELETTE

Ingredients:
Egg - 1
Bread slices - 4
Milk - 300 ml
Apple - 1 (boiled and mashed)
Sugar - 1/2 tsp
Salt - 1/2 tsp
Butter - 1/2 tbsp

Method:

  • Trim the edges and cut the bread slices into pieces.
  • Mix all the ingredients together and pour them over bread slices. Leave to stand for 15 minutes. Beat well.
  • Heat butter in a frying pan, Pour the batter, cook in low flame till golden brown.Turn it over and brown the other side too. Cut the omelette into 2 pieces, continue frying for few seconds by shaking the pan.
  • Serve hot.
